for Statistics and Analysis has released their 2006 Traffic Safety

Drinking? Or Driving? ¿Tomas? O ¿Manejas?
In a recent study, San Antonio was reported as having the largest incidence of binge drinking among 120 metropolitan areas. Statistics show that violations involving minors at FIESTA are twice the state average prompting the innovations and resources being pulled into FIESTA 2007.
The Bexar County D.W.I. Task Force conducted a number of programs during FIESTA 2007.

The Bexar County DWI Task Force is proud to announce a new partnership with the San Antonio Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse (SACADA). The two organizations, with each others commitment, will provide a safer community through collaboration and cooperation.

Welcome to the Bexar County D.W.I. Task Force web site. Bexar County is located in south central Texas and has a population of over 1.5 million people. Bexar County consist of twenty-five incorporated cities or towns in which San Antonio is the largest.The Bexar County DWI Task Force originated in 1985 from a TxDOT grant. It evolved into a non-funded task force to include all alcohol-related types of criminal incidents. Since its foundation, Bexar County law enforcement agencies have created a partnership to operate as a multi-agency DWI Task Force.
